HOW IT HAPPENED
- Radford held the lead late in each of the four sets Friday night against Toledo, but the Highlanders could not fend off their opposition as they suffered a 3-1 setback in the final match of the day at the Blue/Gold Invitational.
- RU led by as many as five in the first set, seven in the second set, four in the third set and five in the fourth set.

- For the 10th time this season, Maddie Palmer delivered a double-double (19 kills and 17 digs).
- Savanna Burton posted her sixth double-double of the season (17 kills and 14 digs).
- Kaylor Nash notched her second double-double of the day behind 45 assists and a career-high 21 digs.
- Kelby Jackson broke the 20-dig mark for the fourth time this season with a match-high 22.
- The Highlanders racked up a season-high 90 digs against Toledo.
- Mandy Napierala led the blocking department with four rejections at the net.
- Valerie Gonzalez and Emma Wroblicky both contributed a pair of aces.
- Saige Thomas led three Rockets in double-figure kills with 15.
- Alex Hines combined for 51 assists and 16 digs for the opposition.
