CHARLESTON, S.C. – Radford (10-10, 4-4 BSC) fell to a tough Charleston Southern squad 6-1 Sunday afternoon in their regular season and conference finale.

In doubles play the Highlanders came up short despite two close battles on courts two and three. Malin Falk and Emily Brandow were just edged out 4-6 on court two while freshmen Ameek Batth and Priscilla Stojanovska also fell 4-6.

In singles play the Highlanders were able to grab a court as Salma Loudili out together one of her better wins of the season on the top flight. The sophomore took down her opponent in straight sets, winning 6-3, 6-2.

Camryn McClure did battle back to force a tiebreaker in her second set, but ultimately fell 1-6, 6(1)-7 on court six. Charleston Southern would take the other four singles courts leading to the 6-1 final score.
