General Ticket Information
There are no refunds or exchanges. Everyone, ages 3 and above, must have a ticket to enter all Radford men’s basketball games (2 and under are free). Everyone, ages 19 and above, must have a ticket to enter all Radford women’s basketball regular season games (18 and under are free).
 
Schedules
Dedmon Center Student Tickets
Radford University students receive FREE entry to all home Radford athletic events. For men’s and women’s basketball students must enter through the Riverside Entrance of the Dedmon Center and show a valid Radford ID.
 
Faculty & Staff Tickets
Full-time Radford University employees have the opportunity to purchase men’s and/or women’s season tickets and certain mini-plan packages at a reduced rate. Full-time employees are also eligible to use payroll deduction to pay for their season tickets. There are no faculty/staff discounts for single game tickets. To purchase season tickets or mini-plans contact the Radford Ticket Office.
 
Will Call
Will call tickets can be picked up from the will call window located next to the Radford Ticket Office on the Riverside Entrance of the Dedmon Center. A photo ID is required to pick up tickets at will call.
 
Accessible Seating
Wheelchair seating and easy access seats are available in all venues on a first come, first serve basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit. To obtain accessible seating for a Radford basketball game, please contact the Radford Ticket Office.
