AS A FRESHMAN (2019-20)
Led the team right out of the gate playing all but one of his games on court one during dual play for Radford … Voted ITA Rookie of the Year for the Atlantic Region, the first Highlander to ever be awarded the honor ... Voted onto VaSID first-team all-state doubles with partner Andres Silva, the first Highlander duo to be voted onto the first-team for doubles ... Third on the team for singles wins with 11 while posting an 8-1 record playing on court one which was the best record compared to any freshman in the Big South … Teamed up with Andres Silva for doubles play with the duo crushing their way through competition to the tune of a 15-1 overall record going undefeated 9-0 in dual play … Won the winners bracket of the Big South Invite in doubles play during the fall … Took down Clemson in doubles play at the Wake Forest Fall Invitational.
