Radford University Athletics

Jump began his coaching journey in the New River Valley area in 2017 at the high school and club level where he had the privilege of working with hundreds of athletes in the region helping them transition into college careers.

Jump also had the privilege of coaching at multiple notable programs including Blacksburg High School and Ferrum College where he assisted Shelbylynn Adair in her first season as the head coach. From there, he was given the opportunity to be a volunteer assistant at Radford University and has since been humbled in taking a full time assistant role working with first-year head coach Savanna Hammond.
