Turner Martin is entering his third season with the Radford women's basketball team and his second as the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations. He also is a member of the Radford Athletics Gameday and Facilities Operations staff.

In his current role, Martin is the Community Service Coordinator and Faculty Guest Program Director for the program. He also assists the Director of Operations with equipment needs, travel logistics, and meal coordination. In addition to these roles, he helps the coaching staff with various other tasks, such as practice drills, individual player development, and hosting prospective transfers.

Martin began working with the women's basketball program as a student manager for the 2024-25 season, assisting the team with pregame and practice drills, washing team laundry, and assisting facilities in the upkeep of the locker room.

A Radford University alumnus, Martin graduated with a Bachor of Sciences in Sport Management in May 2025 with a minor in Cocahing Management. He grew up in Southwest Virginia and calls Hillsville home.
