WOMEN’S TENNIS FALLS TO CALIFORNIA OF PA IN FALL OPENER

RADFORD, Va. – Radford fell to Division II national-power California University of Pa., 7-0, in its women's tennis season opener Tuesday afternoon at the RU Tennis Courts.

After sweeping the doubles portion, the Vulcans won four of the six singles contest in straight sets, while claiming the others by way of 10-point third-set tiebreakers.

The Highlanders will be back in action Thursday, traveling to New York for the Stony Brook Fall Tournament.
