RADFORD CRUISES TO 7-2 WIN AT WASHINGTON AND LEE

LEXINGTON, Va. – Radford defeated in-state foe Washington and Lee, 7-2, in non-conference women's tennis action Wednesday evening at the Duchossois Tennis Center.

With the win, the Highlanders improve to 3-2 on the spring, while today's match was the Generals' season opener.

After sweeping the doubles portion, Radford won four of the six singles matches, including three in straight sets.

Radford returns to action Saturday afternoon with a 1:30 p.m. dual against Appalachian State at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.
