Ticket Donation Request
Radford Athletics is committed to being involved in the New River Valley community and working collaboratively with groups and organizations that desire to make a positive impact through charitable, educational and philanthropic causes with our ticket donation program. An opportunity to be involved with the work of other community groups is something that we value, and as a result, we will make every effort to support as many requests as possible.
Donation Request Limitations
NCAA rules prohibit the Department of Athletics from approving requests that will benefit students enrolled in grades 9-12, which includes donations with the purpose of providing financial assistance to high school students in order to attend collegiate institutions (e.g. scholarship funds). High schools, preparatory schools, two-year colleges, and youth athletics
organizations with students enrolled in grades 9-12 are also excluded from consideration. Requests from elementary and middle schools financially associated with high schools and/or preparatory schools, in addition to middle school athletics programs and/or booster groups, may also be denied.
Requests of autographed items can no longer be accepted by the Division of Athletics. All memorabilia items and autographed items, including those for non-profit/charitable purposes, should be procured by attending Radford University sanctioned fan appreciation days and team autograph days.

NCAA rules prohibit the distribution of tickets to specific individuals and organizations. Please read the below ticket request application procedures and explanation of NCAA rules prior to completing the form.
Complete the form below in its entirety to receive full consideration for ticket donation requests. Inquiries from non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations should include the agency’s tax identification number. Your request must be submitted at a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled event. All donation requests are strictly limited to a maximum of four (4) tickets. Due to NCAA restrictions any request for signed Radford University jerseys, basketballs, merchandise or memorabilia will not be processed.
Radford Athletics reserves the right to deny any donation request.
