RADFORD, Va. – Radford shut out Maryland Eastern Shore, 7-0, Thursday afternoon in nonconference women's tennis action at the Radford University Tennis Complex.
Gemma Valls, Meg Napolitano and Grace Sarver went 2-0 on the day, sweeping through singles and doubles competition. The Highlanders improve to 9-11 overall.
Radford is back in action Friday at 2:30 p.m. when the Highlanders travel to Harrisonburg, Va. to battle James Madison in a nonconference tilt.
