RADFORD DROPS THIRD BIG SOUTH MATCH TO COASTAL CAROLINA

CONWAY, S.C. – Radford earned a victory in singles and doubles action as the Highlanders dropped a 6-1 Big South match to Coastal Carolina, Sunday afternoon at the Coastal Carolina Tennis Complex.
The Highlanders only match win in doubles play came in No. 2 action as Natalie Sayer and Grace Sarver defeated Natalie Wall and Cari Berry 6-4.
Tarrannum Handa picked up her second Big South victory in singles action. Handa bested Wall, 4-6, 6-3, 10-7 in the most exciting match on the day.
The Highlanders (0-8, 0-2) continue Big South play, traveling to Clinton, S.C. for a 1 p.m. match with Presbyterian on March 12.
