Radford Completes Play at Kiawah Island Classic

KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – The Radford women's golf team concluded play at the Kiawah Island Classic on Tuesday, finishing in 29th place.

The Highlanders shot 38-over (326) as a team in the final round, with Riko Nagai posting the low round of the day for Radford at 7-over. Nagai had a team-high two birdies in the final round, while Sidney Walker also had a birdie for Radford.

Walker was the top overall finisher for the Highlanders at 15-over for the tournament, while Jayde Dudley finished at 19-over. Natalie Welsh and Nagai finished at 25-over and 28-over, respectively, while Jimenna Ramirez finished at 37-over.

Overall, Dallas Baptist won the tournament at 1-over, 27 shots better than second-place College of Charleston. DBU's Faith DeLaGarza won the individual medalist honor at 3-under, two shots ahead of ETSU's Warda Amira Rawof and Murray State's Raeysha Surendran.
