Bulldogs Pull Away as Women’s Tennis Drops Road Match

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The Radford women's tennis program competed in their first road conference match of the season Saturday afternoon at UNC Asheville coming up short in the 7-0 finish.
The Bulldogs earned the early 1-0 advantage with wins on courts two and three doubles. The Bulldogs would also take the three singles courts needed to clinch the match's final. Lexi Smolder would go to a tiebreaker on court three singles, but came up just short in the 6-3, 6(1)-7, 0(6)-1 finish.
