Brown Selected for 2025 NCAA Career in Sports Forum

RADFORD, Va. – Radford women's basketball student-athlete Kirby Brown has been chosen to attend the 2025 NCAA Career in Sports Forum on May 28-31 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The Career in Sports Forum is an annual educational program that brings together 200 selected NCAA student-athletes to learn about and explore potential careers in sports, particularly college athletics. This unique three-day forum helps student-athletes chart their career paths. Participants network with and learn from current athletics professionals.

"I'm incredibly honored to be selected for the NCAA Career in Sports Forum," commented Brown. "It means a lot to be recognized for my passion and dedication, and I'm excited to learn from leaders across college athletics and professional sports organizations. I'm looking forward to gaining insight into the industry, building connections, and continuing to grow as a future professional in this field."

The forum allows attendees to network with peers and decision-makers at the campus, conferences and national level of college athletics. Content will educate participants on how personal strengths intersect with career opportunities, provide tangible experiences that will push them forward in their aspiration for a career in sports, explore professional and career development strategies to help the transition to a career in the sports industry and learn about the role of an intercollegiate coach, athletics administrator and national governing body staff member.
