Broke the program record for kills (1,465), points (1,723) and double-doubles (63) en route to First-Team All-Big South, Big South all-tournament and VaSID all-state honors... Big South Player of the Week following her performance against Campbell and High Point where she averaged 4.78 kills per set and 4.33 digs per set... Obliterated a season-high 26 kills against High Point at a .379 attack clip... Eclipsed 10 kills 26 times and 20 kills four times... Recorded a program single-season record 25 double-doubles; she finished the season with 14 straight... Led team in kills (444), aces (38) and digs (503)... Ends career ranked in top-10 for aces (2/151), digs (2/1,461), blocks (7/189), sets played (2/457) and matches played (5/118).

Set single-season record for kills (504) and has 1,021 for her career, which are 45 shy of the all-time mark... 21 double-doubles on the season were a program record and led the Big South... Led the team in kills, digs (475), aces (51) and points (591)... Enters senior year in fifth for career digs (958)... Would become first Highlander to record 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs in rally scoring era... Tied for second in career aces (113)... Ranks second in career points (1,207.5)... Third on the team with 194 kills... Ranks sixth in kills per set for a career (2.61) and ninth in service aces (62)... Put together 10 double-doubles for the season, bringing her career total to 17... Recorded 16 kills in season-opening win over NJIT... Charted 16 digs on two occasions (at St. Francis (N.Y.) and vs. UMES)... Registered seven aces in 3-0 sweep of St. Francis (N.Y.)... Notched 13 kills and 14 digs against West Virginia... Erupted for 12 kills and a season-high 17 digs in return match against Winthrop... Had 16 kills versus Liberty to go along with 14 digs... Contributed 16 digs in 10th sweep of the season at Campbell... Roped a career-high 20 kills to go along with 10 digs in four-set win over Gardner-Webb, which led to Big South Player of the Week honors for the sophomore.

One of two Highlanders to play in all 128 games... Started every match... Led team with 323 kills and was second in digs and service aces... Selected to the Big South All-Freshman Team... Recorded double-figure kills in 13 of the last 16 matches and 17 total... Charted a team-best seven double-doubles.. Final double-double was a 19-dig, 13-kill performance in Big South Semifinal upset over Winthrop... Named to Big South All-Tournament Team... Tallied 12 kills and 12 digs against Howard for first collegiate double-double... Also served up a season-best four aces in against the Bison... Found the floor a season-best 19 times (.316) with three aces and nine digs at Gardner-Webb... Dug a season-high 22 times with 15 kills at UNC Asheville... Named Big South Player of the Week twice... Hit a season-best .522 (13 kills, 1 error) vs. North Carolina A&T... Registered 10 double-figure dig matches... Posted two 20-point matches at Campbell (20.0 pts, 17 kills, 2 aces, 2 blocks) and at Gardner-Webb (23.0 pts, 19 kills, 3 aces, 1 solo block).

2011 Prep Volleyball High School All-America Special Mention… Member of the DIAA State Champion Team three years in a row… Placed on the First-Team All-Catholic squad her junior and senior campaigns… 2011 Gatorade Player of the Year nominee… Earned a spot on the 2010 all-sate first team and 2009 all-state second-team... Guided Synergy Volleyball Club 18 Orange (King of Prussia, Pa.) to a second place finish in the 18 Open Division at the 2011 National Junior Classic.

Rachel Marie Wiechecki will major in nursing... Rachel is the middle sibling of Tom and Helene Wiechecki's three children... Sister Nicole plays collegiate volleyball at Wilmington University and father played soccer at Penn State Brandywine.
