2011-12 HIGHLIGHTS
Top time ranked 54th in the NCAA East Region and second in the Big South… 2012 Big South Outdoor Scholar-Athlete of the Year, becoming only second track athlete in program history to be honored in both indoor and outdoor seasons… Radford Athletics Co-Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Big South 400m Hurdles Champion for second straight year… All-conference in the 4x400m… Ended career with all ten top 400m hurdle marks in program history and put four more times into that list this year… Ended career with 12 career titles… Won the Winthrop Twilight (53.16), Big South Championship (53.24) and Winthrop Invitational (53.25) 400m hurdle titles and had a pair of runner-up finishes at the Carolina’s Cup (52.90) and posted season-best time of 52.68 at Highlander Invitational… Crossed finish line with 22nd-place performance at the Pepsi Florida Relays… Combined to run 41.16, the third best 4x100m time in program history at the Big South Championships… Finished third at Big South Championships in the 4x400m with time of 3:15.65... 2012 Big South Indoor Scholar-Athlete of the Year… Indoor all-conference in the 4x400m… Combined with Tehquin Warrick, Allen Dooms and Kaise White to record a school-record 3:14.73 in the 4x400m and take second place at the indoor conference championships… In his very first distance medley relay, combined with Chris Weeks, Jake Zimmerman and Brian Gorwitz to post a school record 10:12.74 at conference… Ran a personal-best 8.30 at the Liberty Kickoff in the 60m hurdles to place third… Also placed third at the Liberty Open with a hurdles time of 8.45. 

2010-11 HIGHLIGHTS
Indoor all-conference in the 400m dash with a time of 49.88… Member of the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Big South Championships, clocking a time of 3:20.54… Broke 8.30 for first time in career in the 60m hurdles with an 8.29 time at the Akron Invitational… Finished third at the Liberty Kickoff (8.37) and fifth at Akron (8.35)… Named to Big South All-Academic team… Qualified and competed in the NCAA East Outdoor Preliminary with his 38th-ranked time… Twice broke his own school record in the 400m hurdles… Set new school standard at the Carolina’s Cup where he took first at 52.72… Brought home the Big South 400m hurdles title with current school-record time of 52.33… Member of the Big South Championship 4x400m relay team with a combined time of 3:16.02… Collected four 400m hurdles, two 4x100m and one 4x400m titles… Finished third or better in the 400m hurdles in seven of eight meets and never finished below fifth in the 4x100m… Member of the 4x400m relay victory along with Sean Shelton, Raschad Kelso, and Kaise White at the Carolina’s Cup with season-best time of 3:15.07… Named to Big South All-Academic Team.

2009-10 HIGHLIGHTS
Earned indoor all-conference honors with a 8.31 performance in the 60-meter hurdles at the Conference Championships and also placed tenth in the 200 at 22.79… Raced to an eighth-place finish at the Akron Invitational with a time of 8.53 in the 60-meter hurdles … Clocked in a season-best time 49.97 in the 400m at the New Balance Invite… Personal best 60m time (7.18) came at the VT Invitational… Captured a third-place showing in the season-opening Liberty Kick Off with a time of 51.19… Accumlated five outdoor Top-10 finishes… Finished third at the Clemson Invite in the 400-meter hurdles… Took home fourth at the Liberty Twilight with a time of 53.71… After finishing first in the prelims at the Big South Championships, captured the runner-up position and set the school record with a 400-meter hurdles time of 52.85… Recorded a 12th-place performance in the 200m at the Lou Onesty Invite with a time of 22.47… Tied for first in the season-opening Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 54.14 in the 400-meter hurdles.

2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
Crossed the finish line in second place at the Liberty Kick Off in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.62… 21st in the 60m at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 7.62… Posted a personal and indoor season-best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.46 at the Hokie Invitational… Placed 17th in the 400m (50.46) at the Hokie Invitational… Clocked a season-best 50.44 in the 400 at the Akron Open… All-conference performer in the 400 with a time 50.56 and tallied a third-place finish at the Big South Championships… Recorded fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.49 in the Big South Championships… Finished 16th at the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles… NCAA Outdoor Qualifier and All-Big South as a member of the 4x400 team with Olajuwon Jones, Javon Coker and Raschad Kelso, who posted a new school record of 3:12.06 at the NCAA East Regional meet and took home a Big South title (3:12.47)… Opened with a season-best performance (16.01) in the 110m high hurdles at the CCU Invitational… Recorded a season-best in the 400m hurdles (53.61) at the Big South Championships… Posted a season-best performance in the 400m (49.91) at the Liberty Twilight… Placed 10th in the 400m hurdles at the Jesse Owens Classic with a time of 55.42.

HIGH SCHOOL
Named VHSL Athlete of the Year and WHSV TV3 Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior… Two-time state champion and two-time region champion in the 300-meter hurdles… During junior season, captured the region championship in the 110-meter hurdles… Two-sport athlete while at Broadway in track and football… All-district and all-region running back selection in 2007.
