Crossed the line in seventh at the Highlander Invitational by stopping the watch in 11.25 in the 100 ... Runner-up at the Virginia Cup in the 400 hurdles with a 57.04 pace.

2012-13 HIGHLIGHTS
Set a PR in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.72 at the Wake Forest Invitational ... Finished fourth at the Liberty Invitational in the 400m hurdles (56.00) ... Finished ninth at the Big South Championships in the 400m hurdles (56.83) ... Added a fifth and seventh place finish in the 400m hurdles during the outdoor season ... Finished eighth in the 200m with a time of 23.01 at the Highlander Invitational ... Crossed the line in 52.05 in the 400m at the Liberty Kickoff ... Finished 19th in the 500m with a time of 1:09.68 ... Established PR in 200m at Liberty Open (23.62) to place 13th ... Ran the second leg of DMR at Hilton Garden Inn-vitational where group won with program's third-fastest time (10:16.31) ... Placed 14th at VT Challenge with a PR in the 400m (51.76) ... Ran second leg of DMR at BSC Indoor Championships to help Radford to all-conference honors with a school-record pace of 10:01.42 to finish runner-up; ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay where Radford finished third to earn all-conference accolades.

2011-12 HIGHLIGHTS
Ran a PR of 55.80 in the 400m hurdles at the conference championships to finish fifth … Turned in a  fifth-place showing at the Liberty Invitational (56.03) and finished fourth at the Winthrop Invitational (56.45) … Crossed the 100m finish line in fourth with a personal-best 11.08 at the Highlander Invitational ... Competed in one indoor meet, clocking a 53.23 in the 400m at the Liberty Kickoff. 

2010-11 HIGHLIGHTS
Ran Radford’s season-best time of 7.21 at the Liberty Kickoff in the 60m … Member of the 10:27.41 distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the Big South Championships ... Placed ninth at the Big South Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles with a season-best time of 56.15 … Leaped 6.55m/21’6” at the Radford Invitational in his first collegiate long jump competition.

HIGH SCHOOL
MVP of Freedom’s track and field team his sophomore and senior seasons … Received the Captain Award … Qualified for the state meet twice in the 4x100-meter relay as well as taking all-district honors in the event … Became the district and regional champion in the 110-meter hurdles en route to being recognized as National Elite … Two-time all-district in the 100 … All-district in the long and triple jump during junior campaign and district runner up in the long jump.
