Dajah Berger joined the department as Director of Student-Athlete Support Services in August 2024.

"I am excited to be a part of Radford Athletics and its community," commented Berger. "I can't wait to work with the student-athletes and help them during their time as Highlanders."

Berger joins the athletics department after having spent the last two years at Ferrum College as a Coordinator of Student-Athlete Success, Inclusion and Leadership. While with the Panthers, Berger served as an advisor for their student-athlete advisory committee (SAAC) and collaborated with different offices across campus to provide programming for student-athletes. She also organized athletic department initiatives such as food drives, diversity and inclusion campaigns and Division III Week.

Prior to Ferrum, Berger had an extensive background working with student-athletes. She spent time as an assistant athletic director with Altavista Combined School, earned her Masters in Sport Leadership with VCU's student-athlete support services and was also an academic tutor during her time in undergrad at James Madison.

With the Highlanders, Berger will serve as an academic advisor for the women's tennis, women's lacrosse, women's basketball, men's tennis, men's soccer, track and field and cross country programs.
