-Spagnolo scored a game-high 14 points on 6-of-8 shooting to lead the Highlanders to a season-opening victory 57-54 victory over Emory & Henry.  He led all players at the half with nine points on 4-of-5 shooting.
-In addition to his second straight 10-point performance, Spagnolo grabbed 10 rebounds (6 offensive) for his first career double-double against Methodist.  He scored 15 points and led six players in double figures in a 83-74 win over the Monarchs.
