Student Outdoor Recreation Complex

The Radford women's lacrosse team will have a new home for the 2021 season as the team will play at the Student Outdoor Recreation Complex, or SORC for short.

The SORC first opened in the fall of 2015 and includes a 162,00 square foot turf field. Located approximately four blocks from main campus, the outdoor complex can be configured to numerous fields, including a collegiate sized soccer, lacrosse or football field; three intramural soccer fields; four intramural flag football fields; or many youth sized soccer fields.

The lacrosse team primarily practices at the SORC and has done so in recent years. Women's lacrosse will be the first NCAA collegiate team to compete in a full-scale game at the SORC. The men's soccer team competed in an exhibition on the SORC in 2018.
