- Radford is coming off its fourth road loss of the season in a 63-56 non-conference tilt at Xavier.
- In the loss, the Highlanders placed four players in double figures, marking the third time that has happened this season.
- Janayla White collected her second consecutive double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds against the Musketeers. It was White's sixth career double-double.
- White ranks 11th in scoring in the Big South with 12.6 ppg and eighth in rebounding at 7.6 rpg. She leads the conference in field-goal percentage (.551).
- Aisha Foy follows White in scoring, ranking 12th (12.4 ppg) in the Big South.
- Coming off a season-high six assists, Jen Falconer now ranks fifth in the Big South with 3.7 apg. She is tied for fourth in the conference with 26 dimes.
- Jayda Worthy is the Highlanders' top rebounder at 8.3 rpg, which rank fifth among Big South players.
- Worthy is averaging a double-double inside the Dedmon Center (14.3 ppg, 11.0 rpg).
- In home games this season, RU is averaging 76.3 ppg, while holding opponents to 56.7 ppg.
SCOUTING CONCORD
- Record: 3-4
- Concord enters the contest with a long break between games, last playing on Dec. 5 in a 73-70 win over West Virginia Wesleyan.
- Concord is playing Saturday's game as an exhibition.
- Danielle Catron is the Mountain Lions' top scorer at 14.3 ppg. She played at nearby Chilhowie High School in Chilhowie, Va.
- Catron is one of two local standouts on Concord's roster. Emily Boothe, who starred at Floyd County High School, is a 3-point threat for the Mountain Lions. She connects on 34.6 percent of her attempts from long range.
- Kylie Molisee nearly averages a double-double with 13.4 ppg and 9.4 rpg.
- Molisee has three double-doubles on the season, her last coming in the 73-70 win over West Virginia Wesleyan with a 24-point, 11-rebound effort.
- The Mountain Lions receive good bench play from Alexis Lowery (6.7 ppg) and Lindsey Overbey (6.6 ppg).
- Concord ranks 12th in scoring offense in the Mountain East, averaging 59.0 ppg. On the other hand, the team ranks third in scoring defense, allowing 67.7 ppg.
- The Mountain Lions were predicted to finish ninth out of 12 teams in the Mountain East preseason poll.
