NAPOLITANO WINS SECOND STRAIGHT MATCH IN 6-1 DEFEAT AT WINTHROP

ROCK HILL, S.C. – Senior Meg Napolitano won her second straight singles decision in as many days, but Winthrop (6-7, 3-1 Big South) was able to capture a 6-1 triumph over Radford Sunday afternoon in Big South women's tennis action at Winthrop Memorial Tennis Courts.
Napolitano improved to 2-1 in Big South play at No. 6 singles with her victory over Camille' Amrani. The Highlanders (0-7, 0-3 Big South) also recorded a win at No. 3 doubles, where Natalie Sayer and Taylor Fay combined for an 8-5 decision over Amrani and Monica Aguado.
RU ventures further south for its spring break trip to the Sunshine State. The Highlanders will open their week Tuesday, March 10 against Bryant at 8 a.m. in Orlando, Fla.
