RADFORD FACES NEW VENUE FOR BIG SOUTH WOMEN’S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP

RADFORD, Va. – For the first time in conference history, The DeBordieu Club is set to host the 2015 Big South Women's Golf Championship, as the league's nine teams will descend upon the par 72, 6,191-yard layout in Georgetown, S.C. The three-day event gets underway Monday, April 13 at 8 a.m.

RADFORD LINEUP
Alexandra Austin, Khushboo Thiagaraj, Larissa Carter, Olivia Jay and Meagan Board will be making the trip to South Carolina. This lineup is coming off a season-best, fourth-place finish at the Middleburg Bank Intercollegiate in the Highlanders' last tournament.

THE FIELD
Nine teams will battle for the Big South's automatic bid into the NCAA regionals. Coastal Carolina enters as the tournament's top-seeded team based on its No. 46 national ranking. Campbell is the No. 2 seed, followed by Charleston Southern, Gardner-Webb, Winthrop, Radford, Longwood, High Point and Presbyterian College.
