RADFORD, Va. – In the final home regular season match, Radford went to its fourth overtime on the season and first inside Cupp Stadium, earning a third draw in a 1-1 decision to Longwood in the rematch of the 2016 Big South Tournament Championship.

The Highlanders' lone goal came off the boot of Dondre' Robinson for the freshman's first collegiate goal in the 72nd minute.

In the first half, Radforrd controlled a 6-1 shot advantage with three corner kicks. The Lancers lone shot came on frame as Nicolas Mertzokat made a diving attempt, getting a glove on Marcel Guzman's attempt.

Radford opened the second half with three shots in the first 10 minutes and found net on the fifth shot of the half. Myles Yorke played a long ball to Michael Walsh on the far side just past midfield. Walsh took a couple of dribbles, passing to Sivert Daehlie at the top of the 18-yard box, who back-heeled to a striding Victor Valls inside the box. Valls dumped a pass off to Robinson on the left side of the box, finishing to lower right corner, handing Radford a 1-0 lead.

The Highlanders' defense needed to hold strong for the final 18 minutes, but a miss touch by the back line with four minutes remaining in regulation resulted in Joshewa Frederick breaking away, beating Mertzokat to the top left corner for the golden goal.

Radford finished with eight shots in the second half, tallying five in the 20-minute overtime periods and eight corners. The Highlanders received two opportunities for the game winner in overtime with the first coming in the 98th minute as Daehlie's header ended up in the hands of Lance Da Silva. The next came in the 103rd minute off a corner kick as Kieran Roberts and Fraser Colmer had attempts with an empty goal and rattled Lancer defense.
