Track & Field has another day for the record books to conclude the 2025 Big South Outdoor Championship

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – The Radford women's track & field program ended their season just like they started it with another meet for the record books on the final day of competition at the 2025 Big South Outdoor Championships inside Karl Straus Track on Wednesday.

Radford ended its record-setting season with a bang as four student-athletes made the podium as individuals and the 4x400-meter relay team ended the meet with a bronze medal to give the Highlanders five event medals on the final day of the championship.

As a team, Radford finished in fifth overall with 84 points. It was the four-highest point total recorded at the outdoor conference championship in school history, dating back to the 1999 campaign. It is also the first time in program history that the Highlanders have posted 84-plus points in back-to-back Big South Outdoor Championships.

The final day also included one school record, four all-time top 10 marks, four personal records and two season bests overall for the Radford squad.
