Men’s Golf Competes at the Cutter Creek Intercollegiate

SNOW HILL, S.C. – The Radford Men's Golf program finished play at the Cutter Creek Intercollegiate on Monday afternoon, led as a team by Louie Stott

Stott was the bright spot for the Highlanders this weekend, finishing a team-best 31^st place overall. Stott was consistent in his rounds of action, with his best round coming on the last day, shooting one over par. Stott's best hole was the second in the front nine, a 560-yard par five, with him having two birdies and one par across all rounds.

Right behind Stott by one stroke was Tate Corbett, shooting nine over par across all rounds of action. Corbett had a phenomenal round two of play, with him shooting three under across the front nine. Corbett had some difficulties in the latter nine but was able to finish even on the day at 72 strokes. Corbett's play saw him shoot nine birdies during the tournament, finishing in 34^th place.

Benson Blevins was right behind the top two Highlanders, shooting nine over par, which was good enough for third on the team and 39^th overall across the intercollegiate. Blevins led the team with ten birdies in stroke play, with four coming from the second day of play. Blevins' first day was his best, with him shooting even.
