2013-14 HIGHLIGHTS
Crossed the finish line in 18:55.29 to win the 5k at the Akron Invitational ... Set five PRs for the year: the indoor 1,000m (3:18.41), the indoor mile (5:19.74), the indoor 5,000m (18:09.28), the outdoor 800m (2:31.44), the 1,500m (4:58.68) and the outdoor 3,000m (10:31.70) ... Notched 11 Top-10 performances, including three third-place showings in the outdoor season.

2012-13 HIGHLIGHTS
Finished fourth in the 1500m with a time of 5:22.14 at the Highlander Invitational ... Added an 11th place at the UVA Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 5:10.85 ... Earned a tenth place in the 5000m at the Winthrop Invitational with a time of 19:01.42 ... Competed in the 5000m at the Big South Championships (19:33.99) ... Competed in the 800m at the Winthrop Invitational (2:36.56).

2011-12 HIGHLIGHTS
Opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the Liberty Kickoff in the mile (5:58.95) ... Notched a sixth-place performance at the Liberty Open in the 1000m (3:24.30) ... Placed 10th at the Winthrop Invitational in the 1500m with a 5:14.45 mark ... Posted another Top-10 at the Carolina's Cup, finishing eighth.
