2014-15 HIGHLIGHTS
Named the Big South's Outstanding Track Performer of the Year, becoming just the third Highlander to earn the honor...Voted to the Capital One Academic All-America District III Team...Second runner is program history to be named to Capital One Academic All-American multiple times (2014 & 2015)...Awarded the league's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year distinction both indoor and outdoor...Big South Track Athlete of the Year Honorable Mention Finished the outdor season with school records in the 800 meters (2:08.72) and 1,500 meter run (4:28.32)...Her program record run in the 1,500 meters set a new Big South Championships record on the way to her seventh Big South title...First runner in program history to be the Big South champion in the 800 meters both indoor and outdoor...Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that turned a 3:50.39, which is the third fastest mark in school history...Finished All-Conference in the mile, turning a 4:55.18 to take second at league championships...Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that set the Big South Championship and program record with a time of 11:57, winning by 23 seconds...Earned Big South Track Athlete of the Week honors after racing to a 4:50.11 in the mile at the VT Challenge and in outdoor after bettering her school records in the 800 and 1,500 at the Virginia Challenge.

Program's first female Capital One Academic All-America® selection ... Big South Scholar-Athlete of the Year for outdoor season ... Radford Female Co-Athlete of the Year ... Most Outstanding Performer at the Big South indoor championships; won the 3k in a meet-record 9:38.66, won the mile in 4:50.38 and claimed seventh in the 5k ... Set seven program records this season: indoor 800m (2:12.01), indoor mile (4:50.38), indoor 3,000m (9:38.66), indoor 5,000m (17:26.10), outdoor 800m (2:10.86), outdoor 1,500m (4:31.65) and outdoor 5,000m (16:55.33) ... Won six events for the year, including three Big South titles ... Two-time Big South track athlete of the week. 

2012-13 HIGHLIGHTS
Named to Big South Conference All-Academic Team ... Broke the 1500m record with a time of 4:39.11 at the Pepsi Relays ... Finished sixth in the 1500m at the Big South Championships with the third fastest time at RU (4:39.66) ... Also earned the eighth (4:49.51) and ninth (4:51.01) fastest times at RU this outdoor season ... Finished tenth at the Big South Championships in the 5000m with the seventh fastest time at RU (17:59.29) ... Placed sixth at the Winthrop Invitational in the 5000m with the tenth fastest time at RU (18:14.83) ... Placed fifth at the Highlander Invitational in the 800m with a PR of 2:17.27 ... Added a tenth place in the 800m with a time of 2:27.11 at the Winthrop Invitational ... Broke mile PR at the VT Invitational with a time of 5:20.70 to finish 20th ... Placed 13th in the 800m at the VT Invitational with a PR 2:26.25 ... Crossed the line in a PR 10:49.68 in 3000m at Liberty Open to place seventh ... Ran final leg of DMR at Hilton Garden Inn-vitational where group placed fourth with program's ninth-fastest time (12:46.71); completed women's mile in the ninth-fastest time in program history at 5:17.11 to come in 25th ... Lowered career-best time to 5:08.74 in mile to finish eighth at VT Challenge; new standard sits fourth on the top-10 chart for the event ... Ran final leg of DMR at BSC Indoor Championships where group placed fourth with program's fastest time (12:14.46).

2011-12 HIGHLIGHTS
Clocked at 5:41.35 in the mile at the Liberty Open to finish 15th.

HIGH SCHOOL
Two-time team MVP ... Southeastern District Cross Country Champion and district’s top 1600m indoor performer ... Two-time cross country and indoor track state qualifier and grabbed third place in the Eastern Region during senior year ... Took second place in the Eastern Region in the 3200m her junior year.
