2019-20 AS A SENIOR
INDOOR- Continued to compete in a multitude of events for the Highlanders across six different invitationals … Helped her team in the 4x400-meter race place fifth at the Big South Championships … Set a new personal record in the triple jump at the Bast-Cregger Invitational with a mark of 10.53 meters … Finished within the top 10 racers 14 times across the winter.

2018-19 AS A JUNIOR
INDOOR- Competed in four meets for Radford … Set her 400-meter record at the VMI Team Challenge with a time of 1:01.08 ... Also competed in the high and long jumps for Radford, placing 13th at the Big South Championships … Had her 60-meter hurdle best time at the Winter Relays with a time of 9.19. OUTDOOR- Competed in four meets for the Highlanders, mainly competing in the 400-meter hurdles … Had her best 400-meter hurdle time at the Gamecock Invitational with a 1:00.14 time … Placed seventh at the Big South Championships in the 400-meter hurdle.

2017-18 AS A SOPHOMORE
INDOOR - Was the Highlanders' most versatile athlete, competing in the 60-meter hurdles, 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 800 meters, high jump, long jump, shot put and pentathlon... Won a bronze medal at the Big South Championships with a PR of 5.45m in the long jump... Helped the 4x400m team earn a silver medal at the Big South Championships with a time of 3:53.24, the second-fastest time in program history... Also placed in the pentathlon and 60-meter hurdles OUTDOOR - Was one of Radford's top athletes in the 100-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash, 400-meter hurdles, high jump and long jump... Was a member of the 4x400m team that set a new school record and won bronze at the Big South Championships... Set season-bests in the 100mH (15.00), 400-meter hurdles (1:01.19), high jump (1.43m) and long jump (5.50m) all at the Big South Championships as well

2016-17 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR - Took fourth place in pentathlon at Big South Championships with 3,237 points... Was runner-up in competition at Hokie Invitational with sixth-best total in program history (3,285 points)... Placed seventh in 400 meters at Big South Championships with season-best 58.27 in finals... Runner-up in 60-meter hurdles and third in 300 meters during collegiate debut at Bast-Cregger Invitational... Posted season-best 8.82 in 60-meter hurdles twice... Recorded season-best long jump of 5.40m during pentathlon at Big South... Finished sixth in lone 200-meter race with 25.83 at Virginia Tech Challenge... Other season-bests were 1.52m (high jump), 9.23m (shot put), 2:31.49 (800m) and 40.51 (300m). OUTDOOR - Posted sixth, eighth and ninth-fastest 400m hurdle times in program history, led by 1:00.44 to take fourth-place in Big South Championships... All-Big South in 4x100 relay with third-place finish and part of teams to post three times among top five in program history, including second-best... Five top-four finishes in 400 hurdles, including runner-up at Catamount Classic and third place at both Duke and Winthrop... Recorded season-best long jump of 5.13m to place seventh at Winthrop... Posted top 100m hurdles time of 14.75 in preliminary at Winthrop and finished seventh in event.

PREP
2016 5A state runner-up in 500 meters and placed third in 300 hurdles… Varina’s Female Athlete of the Year, three-time indoor MVP and two-time outdoor MVP… Ran leadoff leg of 4x400 relay team that qualified for New Balance nationals… Was AAU Junior Olympic qualifier in long jump and 400 hurdles… Personal bests of 1:18.42 in 500, 42.76 in 300 hurdles, 1:01.40 in 400 hurdles and 18-3.5 in long jump, 25.43 in 200, 41.57 in 300 and 57.51 in 400.

Daughter of Dante and Raina Washington… Has two younger siblings (Kavon and Carter)… Majoring in sports physical therapy with a minor in psychology… Also played varsity basketball for three years.
