2023-24 AS A GRADUATE STUDENT
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in four meets for the Highlanders... Finished in the top-30 at the 2023 Big South Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 AS A SENIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in five meets on the year... Earned a seventh-place finish at the Roanoke Invitational. INDOOR- Competed four times... Scored five times and finished on the podium once... Helped the distance medley relay team to a second-place finish at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational. OUTDOOR- Competed in five meets... Recorded three scoring performances and one podium finish... Finished third in the 3,000-meter race at the JMU Invitational.

2021-22 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all six races on the season... Ran a personal-best 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional... Earned All-Big South honors with an 11th place finish at the conference meet. TRACK & FIELD- Competed four times across indoor and outdoor.

2020-21 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Placed first in the Winthrop Invitational and Highlander Invitational … Placed fifth at the Big South Championship … Her new 5k record places her fourth in the record books. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Competed in the 5000m, 10000m, 3000m and 1500m across five meets setting personal records in all those events … Placed second in the 10000m at the Big South Championships … Now holds top-10 program times in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and 10000m.

2019-20 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR- Led the Highlanders in multiple distance events … Made her way onto the program’s top-10 times list for the mile, 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter events … Her 17:50.46 time in the 5,000 meter event was fourth fastest in the program which she set at the Big South Championships … Her 10:07.26 time in the 3,000 meter event was third fastest in the program which she set at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite … Her mile time of 5:11.89 was seventh fastest in program history and was set at the VMI Keydet Invitational. CROSS COUNTRY- Ran in four races for the Highlanders … Put herself on the program record book for the 4K, 5K, and 6K races … Set her 4K personal record at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 14:46.1 which was also the second-best time in program history … Set her 5K personal record at the Big South Championships with a time of 18:45.5 which is the 10th quickest time for the program … Finished 13th at the Big South Championships which was the second highest placement for the Highlanders … Set her 6K record with a time of 22:18.3 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals, with that time also being third quickest all-time for the program.

Competed in state tournaments all four years … Was voted 2A All-State Cross Country 2016 and 2018 … Was voted 2A All-State Indoor Track 1600m in 2017, 3200m in 2017 and 2019, 4x800m in 2019, and the 1000m in 2019 … Was voted 2A All-State Outdoor Track 4x800m in 2018 and 2019, 1600m from 2017 to 2019, 3200m in 2017, 800m in 2019
