TRACK: Competed in six meets … Ended her career with a 16th-place finish in the 5,000m at Big South Outdoor … Set a new PR in the 5,000m at the Virginia Challenge to place 21st … Placed sixth in the 5,000m at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and also sixth in the Mile at Virginia Tech Challenge.
XC: Ran in four meets … Placed 29th overall at Big South Championships … Improved in the 6K by over 30 seconds from the first meet to the NCAA Southeast Region race.
2024-25 AS A JUNIOR
TRACK: Ran in 11 meets … Finished seventh to begin indoor season at Virginia Tech Invite in the 3,000m with a PR time of 10:23.51 … Improved to fourth-place in the Mile at the VMI Winter Relays … Helped the Highlanders place third in the distance medley relay at the Big South Indoor Championships … Also set a new PR in the Mile at the conference meet (5:07.85) … Ran the 1,500m for the first and only time at The Hill City Twilight … Placed eighth in the 5,000m at the Big South Outdoor Championships.
XC: Ran in five meets … Took 22nd in the Big South Championship meet and was the fourth-highest finishing Highlander while hitting a PR … Also ran a personal-best 6k at the Roanoke Invite (22:06.8) to finish 17th … Also ran a 4k best 15:47.4 to finish 30th at the Virginia Tech Invite.

CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in five meets for the Highlanders... Began her collegiate career as a member of the winning team at the Radford Relays... Earned top-ten finishes at the Lancer Invite and Roanoke Invitational. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Competed in two meets... Posted a pair of personal records in both the 5,000-meter race and 10,000-meter race at the Big South Championships.

Attended Glen Allen High School in Glen Allen, Va. Under the leadership of coaches Jenifer Strojney and Nici Rhodes, she was a key reason behind the Jaguars’ postseason success at the 5A level. She owns career-best times of 19:45 in the 5,000-meter event, 11:43 in the 3,200-meter event and 5:26 in the 1,600-meter event.
Cash also ran indoor and outdoor track; she helped the Jaguars to second place in both the 2022 indoor and outdoor state championships. She was also a part of Glen Allen’s 4x1,600-meter relay team that finished seventh at the indoor New Balance Nationals.
