XC: Ran in four meets … Posted new personal-best in the 5k at the Big South Championships to take 15th place as the second-best finishing Highlander … Just missed a new PR in the 6k at the NCAA Southeast Regional.
2024-25 AS A JUNIOR AT EMORY & HENRY
INDOOR: Ran in five meets … Took fourth place at the South Atlantic Conference Championships in the Mile with a PR time of 5:00.65 in the final … Won the 3,000m in the JDL Last Chance Invite with a PR time of 10:01.69 … Took victory at the VMI Winter Classic in the 5,000m … Placed second in the Mile at the JDL Flat is Fast Invite and fourth in the 3,000m … Her times in the Mile, 3,000m, and 5,000m were Emory & Henry school records.
OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets … Placed seventh in the 1,5000m with a PR time of 4:39.95 at the SAC Championships … Finished ninth in the 5,000m as well … Took four wins, two each in the 1,500m and 5,000m, throughout the season … Her times in the 1,500m and 5,000m were Emory & Henry school records.
XC: Ran in six meets … Finished 19th at the SAC Championship … Set a then-PR in the 5k at the Newberry Invite to win the race … Posted a seventh-place finish at the Catawba Fleet Feet Invite to begin the season.
2023-24 AS A SOPHOMORE AT EMORY & HENRY
INDOOR: Ran in five meets … Helped the Wasps’ distance medley relay team place sixth at the SAC Championships … Ran a PR time of 2:21.97 in the 800m to place 10th at the SAC Championships which still stands as the Emory & Henry school record … Finished second in the Mile at the VMI Team Challenge … Won the 800m and Mile at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invite … Ran a PR in the 1,000m (3:08.42) to win the JDL Early Bird Invite.
OUTDOOR: Ran in four meets … Placed 15th in the 1,500m and 17th in the 5,000m at the SAC Championships … Took first place at the Wildcat Invite in the 5,000m … Finished second in the 1,500 Concord Open in the 1,500m.
