2022-23 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in six meets for the Highlanders, producing a historic season as she led the squad in four of the six races she entered... Earned three podium finishes, including a third-place finish at the Big South Championships... Won the Roanoke Invitational... Named First Team All-Conference.
INDOOR- Competed in three meets for the Highlanders... Scored in every event that she competed event... Won the 3,000-meter race at the VMI Winter Classic... Was a member of the winning distance medley relay team at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational... Earned a pair of podium finishes with third-place outings in both the 3,000-meter race and 5,000-meter race at the Big South Championships.
OUTDOOR- Competed in four meets... Earned a pair of podium finishes at the Big South Championships... Big South Champion in the 5,000-meter race... Also finished second in the 10,000-meter race at the Big South Championships.
2021-22 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all six races on the season... Set PRs at 4K, 5K and 6K including a 15th place finish at the Big South Championships.
INDOOR- Competed eight times across indoor and outdoor... Set a 3,000m indoor PR and was a member of the school record DMR team... 3,000m time of 9:51.83 ranks third in school history.
OUTDOOR- Set 1,500m and 3,000m PRs of 4:31.90 and 16:55.39 which both rank third in school history... Finished fourth in both events at the Big South Championships.
2020-21 AS A FRESHMAN
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Placed within the top-10 twice and best finish came at the Highlander Invitational … Placed tenth at the Big South Championship.
INDOOR- Did not compete.
OUTDOOR- Competed in the 5000m and 1500m events setting personal records in both at the Big South Championships … Placed ninth in the finals event for the 1500m at the Big South Championship … Also recorded a top-10 finish in the 1500m at the JMU Invitational.

Represented Ponteland High School in cross country ... Finished 20th in the English Schools Cross Country Championships and 17th in the UK Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships ... Personal-best 5k time of 17:37.
