2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
• Big South All-Academic Honors during the cross country and indoor track season.
INDOOR
• Competed in the mile and 3,000m during the indoor season.
• Opened the indoor season with a season-best performance in the 1,500m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 5:34.56.
• Recorded a time of 11:02.13 in the 3,000m at the Niswonger Invitational.
• Ran an indoor season-best at the Big South Indoor Championships in the 3,000m with a time of 10:46.78.
OUTDOOR
• Participated in the 800m, mile, 5,000m and 3,000m during the outdoor season.
• Placed 16th in the 1,500m (5:10.97) and 20th in the 800m (2:27.70) at the Winthrop Invitational.
• Ran in the 3,000m at the Duke Invitational and finished with a time of 12:06.61.
• Posted a season-best time of 4:53.77 in the mile at the 49er Classic.
• Clocked a time of 12:02.62 to finish seventh in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Big South Outdoor Championships.
• Also placed 21st in the 5,000m at the Big South Outdoor Championships with a time of 20:29.96.
CROSS COUNTRY
• Ran in all six cross country meets during the season.
• Placed 26th at the Big South Preview with a time of 21:15.00.
• Recorded a 29th place finish at the Haganstone Park Invitational with a time of 20:15.00.
• Finished 71st at the Blue Ridge Open and recorded a personal best of 19:47.
• Placed 30th at the Big South Conference meet with a time of 20:29.
2007-08 HIGHLIGHTS
• Big South All-Academic Honoree during the indoor and outdoor season.
INDOOR
• Scored a season-best time of 11:06.68 in the 3,000m and 14th place at the Big South Indoor Championships.
• Crossed the finish line in 5:31.62 in the mile at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
OUTDOOR
• Posted a fifth place finish at the Big South Outdoor Championship in the 3,000m with a time 11:30.10.
• Clocked a time of 5:01.10 in the 1,500m at Lou Onesty Invitational.
• Also competed in the 400m hurdles at the Onesty Invitational, finishing in 1:12.80.
CROSS COUNTRY
• Finished 19th and broke her previous personal best with a time of 20:48.00 at the Big South Preview.
• Placed 92nd in the Blue Ridge Open and recorded a then personal best of 20:21.
• Finished 37th at the Big South Conference meet with a time of 19:58.00 and a new personal best.
