2008-09 HIGHLIGHTS
INDOOR
• Competed in the 3,000m and 5,000m during the indoor season.
• Finished seventh in the 3,000m at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 10:30.32.
• Crossed the finish line in sixth place in the 5,000m at the Niswonger Invitational with a time of 18:03.63.
CROSS COUNTRY
• Big South All-Conference selection in cross country.
• Finished in 20:46.00 at the Big South Preview meet.
• Placed sixth at the Hagnastone Park Invitational and recorded a then personal best of 19:11.00.
• Finished 18th at he Blue Ridge Open with a time of 18:58 and a new personal best.
• Recorded a top-10 finish at the Big South Conference meet with a eighth place finish and a time of 19:03.00.
• Finished in 23:09.00 at the NCAA Regional meet.
2007-08 HIGHLIGHTS
• Big South All-Academic selection in cross country.
INDOOR
• Finished ninth in the 3,000m (10:34.59) and eighth in the 5,000m (18:52.09) at the Big South Championships.
OUTDOOR
• Clocked a time of 18:16.5 and finished 15th in the 5,000m at the Raleigh Relays.
• Also finished ninth in the event at the Big South Championships (18:18.0).
• Finished the 3,000m at the Wake Forest Open in 11:08.90.
• Was 26th at the Lou Onesty Invitational in the 1,500m with a time of 4:55.60
CROSS COUNTRY
• Finished in 22:56.00 at the NCAA Southeast Regional cross country meet.
• Won the VMI Opener with a time of 14:31.00.
• Placed 12th at the Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 18:50.00 (Sept.8).
• Was 20th at the Big South Conference Meet with a time of 19:01.00 (Oct. 27).
