2021-22 AS A SENIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in four races on the season. INDOOR- Competed five times indoors... Set a PR in the mile at the Big South Championships in 5:10.15, finishing 10th... OUTDOOR- Competed six times outdoors... Finished fifth in the 3,000m steeple at the Big South Championships.

2020-21 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Finished within the top-15 racers two times with her best finish coming at 11th in the Highlander Invitational … Placed 24th at the Big South Championship. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Competed in the 1500m and 3000m steeplechase across seven meets throughout the season … Highest finish came in second in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2021 Aggie Classic … Advanced to the finals of the 1500m at the Big South Championships and placed within the top-10 in the 3000m steeplechase as well.

2019-20 AS A SOPHOMORE
INDOOR- Did not compete. CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all but one of the races on the season for the Highlanders … Set her 5K personal record at the Royals Challenge with a time of 18:30.2 … Set her 6K record at the NCAA Southeast Regionals with a time of 23:01.9 … Was a top-50 finisher four times.

2018 AS A FRESHMAN
OUTDOOR- Was a regular presence for the Highlanders competing at seven different invitationals ... Competed primarily in the 3,000-meter steeplechase as well as the 1,500-meter events ... Placed fourth overall in both events at the Big South Championships. INDOOR- Set personal records in four events while competing in five invitationals for the Highlanders ... Placed in the top-ten for the DMR, Mile, and 3,000-meter events at the Big South Championships. CROSS COUNTRY- Jumped right into action as a freshman racing in five races … Set her 5k PR at the Queen City Invite with a time of 19:51.0 … Also set her 6k PR at the NCAA Division 1 Southeast Regional with a time of 23:46.6 … Led the team in the Big South Championships finishing 25th overall with a time of 19:58.9
