2022-23 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in four events... Was a member of the winning team at the Radford Relays... Recorded top-five finishes at both the Lancer Invite and Roanoke Invitational. INDOOR- Competed in three meets... Earned one podium finish on year... Capped off the season with a personal record of 5:03.59 in the mile at the Big South Championships. OUTDOOR- Competed in five meets... Scored five times... Opened the season with a personal record and podium finish in the 5,000-meter race at the Weems Baskin Invite.

2021-22 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed six times on the season... Set PRs at four-, five- and six-kilometer distances. INDOOR- Competed five times... Set PRs at 1,000m and one mile with times of 2:59.32 and 5:06.34, fourth in school history in the ile... Finished seventh in the mile at the Big South Championships and was a member of the 2nd-place DMR team. OUTDOOR- Competed six times... Set PRs at 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m... Finished seventh in the Big South in the 1,500m and 13th in the 5,000m.

2020-21 AS A FRESHMAN
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in all three races the Highlanders ran in during the modified 2021 spring season … Set a personal record in the 5k at the Big South Championship finishing 19th. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, and 10000m events for the Highlanders across five meets … Best finish came at the JMU Invitational in the 3000m where she placed ninth … Placed 12th in the 10000m at the Big South Championships.

PREP
Ran at Lamoille Union High School under head coach Jeffery Beal ... Was a state champion in four races and a runner-up in seven others ... Best 5k time is 18:47, with a top 3k time of 10:30 ... Held the Vermont state record for indoor 1500-meter race ... 17 combined postseason races between cross country, indoor track and outdoor track ... Reached the state championships in cross country three times  ... Also reached the state championships in track in all four years ... Three-time all-state selection in cross country and one-time all-state selection in Nordic skiing.
