CROSS COUNTRY – Ran in seven meets… Ran a new PR 6K at Virginia Tech Invitational… Placed 23rd at Lancer Pink Invitational. INDOOR – Competed in the mile and 4x400 relay in Radford men’s first track meet as a program since 2014… Ran in the 3000 meters and DMR at
Troyon Winter Classic.
2024-25 AS A JUNIOR
CROSS COUNTRY – Competed in five meets… Ran a new PR in 8K at Roanoke XC Invitational… Placed 36th at Big South Championship.
2023-24 AS A SOPHOMORE
Competed in all five races... Set a 6K PR at the Virginia Tech Invitational and a 10K PR at the Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.
2022-23 AS A FRESHMAN
Competed in six races... Was part of the team that finished second at the Radford Relays... Earned his first collegiate top-ten finish at the Lancer Invite.
PREP
Attended James Wood High School in Winchester, Va. He was a decorated runner for the Colonels, earning multiple honors and setting the school record with a 1,000-meter time of 2:36. McDonald was a 4A district champion in indoor track and was named to the all-area team. He was also tabbed as an all-state athlete.

Son of Michael McDonald and Linsey Lewis…has two brothers, Cole and Gavin, and one sister, Jillian.
