Mike Dailey is the Director of Baseball and Softball Operations. In his role he is responsible for coordinating the Highlander's travel plans and meals. he also assists in organizing alumni relations, equipment management, database maintenance, managing the team's budget, community outreach work and fundraising, along with assisting to coordinate camps.
Dailey is also the head coach for the North Adams SteepleCats of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, managing several of the nation's top Division I baseball players.

Dailey brings over 30-years of experience as a player and coach at the high school, collegiate and professional levels. In addition to the SteepleCats, Dailey has served as the manager of the New River Valley Cardinals, leading them to several Blue Ridge Mountain Baseball League Championships.

Signing with the St. Louis Cardinals as a non-drafted free agent, Dailey played collegiately at Lakeland CC, before finishing his career at Illinois.
