Career-high in strikeouts was the 10th best total in a RU single season... RU was shutout in seven of her losses and scored two or fewer runs four other times... Big South Pitcher of the Week (4/7) thanks to back-to-back dominant performances against Presbyterian (11.1 IP, 0 R, 2 H, 10 K); Set down Presbyterian down in order nine times and retired 19 straight from the fourth inning of game two through one out of the fourth inning of game three... Struck out a season-high nine (6 IP) in win over Maryland (2/28)... Fanned eight, allowed two hits and did not allow an earned run in complete game victory (4-1) over Coastal Carolina (4/8)... Selected First-Team All-Big South and to the league's all-freshman team... Started 25 contests and led the pitching staff with 36 appearances, 174 innings and 13 complete games... Also posted a team-best 14 wins and 116 strikeouts... Her innings and punchouts were the most since 2010... 10-4 in league contests, winning first six decisions and posting a 6-1 road record... Half of victories were obtained on the road... The lone non-conference win was a complete game effort (5 H, 2 ER, 2 K) at Maryland (W, 4-3)... Suffered five one-run losses in last eight starts of the season... Two-time Big South Pitcher of the Week... Earned first win of career against Wagner (2/24 at CofC Cougar Classic)... Picked up a pair of complete game wins at Coastal Carolina (only series loss for Chanticleers in 2013), earning league pitcher of the week honors... Tossed a season-high 11 innings, second most in program history, with season-best 11 strikeouts against Campbell... Struck out eight in first collegiate complete game win versus Indiana State (Bulldog Classic).
