Emerged late in the season as a reliable arm out of the bullpen – allowed only three runs in 11 appearances from April 11 on … Had eight May relief appearances, posting a 2.61 ERA and allowing opponents to hit just .237 … In Big South games, appeared five times with a 1.35 ERA … Started twice, including his first career start in his hometown, going four innings in a loss at Liberty (Feb. 22) ... Posted his first career save with a scoreless ninth at Georgia Southern, leaving the potential tying run stranded at third (Feb. 26) ... Earned his first career win with five shutout innings of relief, allowing just two base runners and setting down the final 12 hitters, in the second series game vs. Bryant (March 10) ... Posted his second long-relief appearance, working 6 1/3 effective innings in the series opener vs. Marist, striking out three (March 16) … Combined with Mark Peterson on a four-hit shutout in the series finale at Winthrop (April 21) … Made two relief appearances in the Big South Tournament ...
