Alex Gale was named a volunteer coach for Radford women's lacrosse in September 2015.
 
Gale is no stranger to the New River Valley, having played collegiately at Virginia Tech. She ended her career with 373 saves (ranks No. 5 in program history) and an 11.76 GAA (ranks No. 4).
 
In her role at RU, Gale will assist with the development of the Highlanders' goalkeepers.
 
Gale obtained her undergraduate degree in natural resource conservation from Virginia Tech in May 2013.
