Danielle Quarry enters her first year with the Radford Swimming and Diving program as a graduate assistant. Quarry joins the Highlanders after spending two years as an assistant coach at Virginia Tech.

A 2009 graduate of Southern Illinois, Quarry was a four-year member of the SIU swimming and diving program.

As a backstroke and individual medley specialist for the Salukies, Quarry was a four-time MVC Championship finalist and a two-time all conference selection. The Colorado Springs, Colo. native, was a team captain her senior season and a student-athlete scholar in 2008.

Prior to Virginia Tech, Quarry got her coaching feet wet with the Valley Swim Team in Colorado Spring, Colo. She spent two years as the head coach and one year as an assistant coach and helped guide the team to the Southern State Championships all three years.
