CROSS COUNTRY- Did not compete. INDOOR- Did not compete. OUTDOOR- Saw limited action competing in the javelin throw recording one mark at the JMU Invitational.

2019-20 AS A JUNIOR
INDOOR- Saw action in multiple distance events for the Highlanders … Placed eighth in the 1,000-meter event at the Bast-Cregger Invitational with a personal record 3:26.91 time … With a 2:27.45 time in the 800-meter also set a personal record at the Virginia Tech Challenge placing 12th. CROSS COUNTRY­- Ran in three races for the Highlanders … Set her 4K personal record at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 16:59.1 … Set her 5K record with a time of 20:37.2 at the Royals Invite.

2018-19 AS A SOPHOMORE
OUTDOOR- Was on the Big South Presidential Honor Roll with a Commissioner’s Award Distinction … Mainly competed in the javelin throw, but also saw time in the 800-meter relay … Set her javelin throw personal record with a distance of 24.88 meters at the Big South Championships. CROSS COUNTRY – Competed in one race … Finished 61st in the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 17:11.6

2017 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR - Did not compete. OUTDOOR - Did not compete. CROSS COUNTRY - Ran in three meets... Had her best race of the season at the Big South Championships, placing 55th with a time of 21:54.5.

Ran for Jason Sells and Tom Roth at Salem High School... helped the Spartans win their 2017 outdoor track & field conference championship... Reached states as a junior and senior... was an honors student with a sterling 4.23 GPA
