2019-20 AS A SENIOR
INDOOR- Competed in primarily the long jump for the Highlanders at four invitationals but also saw time in the 60-meter dash … Had the team’s longest mark in the long jump for the season with a distance of 5.42m at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge … Was also voted onto the Outdoor All-Academic team after shortened season.
2018-19 AS A JUNIOR
INDOOR- Competed mostly in the 60-meter and long jump competitions in all five meets … Set her 60-meter personal record with a 7.82 time and 10th place finish at the Big South Championships … Longest jump came at the Virginia Military Institute Challenge with a distance of 5.39 meters.
OUTDOOR- Mainly competed in the 4x100 relay and long jump in all seven meets … Set her long jump record with a distance of 5.70 meters at the Virginia Grand Prix … Tied her personal record with a 5.70 meter long jump at the Big South Championships which was good for a second place finish … Also helped her team finish second with a time of 46.46 in the 4x100 relay.
2017-18 AS A SOPHOMORE
INDOOR - Competed in the 60-meter dash, 200-meter dash and long jump... Saved her best for last, running a PR of 7.83 seconds in the 60m at the Big South Championships... Recorded a season-best long jump at the VMI Winter Relays with a distance of 5.31 meters OUTDOOR - Was the lead runner on the 4x100m team that now owns five of the top six times in program history including the 45.80 seconds school record... Took sixth in the long jump at the Big South Championships thanks to a leap of 5.44 meters
2016-17 AS A FRESHMAN
INDOOR - Placed third in long jump in collegiate debut at Bast-Cregger Invitational with season-best 5.31m...Competed in 60-meter dash at three meets with top time of 7.97... Also posted 26.92 in lone 200-meter race. OUTDOOR - All-Big South in 4x100 relay with third-place finish... Member of 4x100 relay teams that posted three times among top five in program history, including second... Top 100-meter time of 12.63 at Virginia Grand Prix and season-best long jump of 5.36m at same meet.

First competed in long jump as a senior and earned All-state honors and regional championship… Ranked fourth in state following the indoor season… New Balance Indoor national qualifier in long jump and 60 meters… Four-time conference champion and Washington Post All-Metro honorable mention… Personal bests of 18-7 in long jump, 7.21 in 55 meters, 7.84 in 60 meters, 12.13 in 100 meters and 25.28 in 200 meters.
