- Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach
Hannah Rosen joined the women's lacrosse coaching staff in the Fall of 2025. She is entering her second season on staff with the Highlanders and assists with coaching the goalkeepers.
Rosen spent the 2024 season as the head women's lacrosse coach at William Peace University, an NCAA Division III program in Raleigh, N.C. Prior to that, she was an assistant coach at Meredith College in 2023, helping lead the Avenging Angels to their ninth-straight USA South Conference title and a win in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
She was a founder of the 252Premier youth and high school club lacrosse program, based in Greenville, N.C. Rosen returned to Radford after serving as the goalkeeper on the Highlanders' inaugural women's lacrosse team back in 2015 as one of 18 players. She graduated from Radford with a Bachelors of Science in Sport Management in 2019.
