One of the best all-around players to ever hit the field for the Highlanders, Nichole Beall is synonymous with Radford's success during the most dominant stretch in program history. She owns program records that still stand today in total bases (459), RBI (158), walks (96), slugging (.686), and home runs (52). Beall also owns top-five program marks for runs, stolen bases, hit by pitches, on base percentage, average, hits, doubles, triples and fielding percentage. Beall was a member of the 2009 and 2010 tournament championship teams while also helping guide the team to regular season championships in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. She is the only Highlander to ever win the Big South Player of the Year award twice and is also the only Highlander to be named Virginia Player of the Year and an NFCA All-American.
