ROUND 2 RESULTS

POWELLS POINT, N.C – Redshirt-sophomore Weston Eklund carded a four-under 68 in the second round and moved into fourth-place entering the final day of the ODU/Outerbanks Collegiate on Monday.

The inaugural tournament is being played on the par-72, 6,535-yard course at Kilmarlic Golf Club.

Eklund jumped 13 spots up the individual leaderboard and tied his lowest round score of the season. The reigning Big South Golfer of the Week has two Top-5 finishes in the fall. He tallied four birdies on the day, including two of the last three holes.

Junior Michael Wade rounded out his day with a second consecutive even-par 72, moving ahead 14 spots in the individual standings and is currently in a tie for 18th.

As a team, the Highlanders (287-296=583) sit just six strokes out of fifth-place.

The third and final round will start tomorrow with Radford teeing off at 8:30 a.m.
