
MEN’S GOLF COMES HOME T-10TH OUT OF 22 AT KINGSMILL

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Radford men's golf team placed tied for 10th out of 22 teams at the 2010 C&F Bank Intercollegiate hosted by William & Mary.
The 36-hole/120-competitor event was played on Par 71, 6,831-yard Kingsmill Resort River Course layout.
Kyle Bailey and Wade Wawner led the Highlanders on the individual leaderboard placing tied for 43rd at 10-over 152.
Lane Hite and Paul Woodson finished one back of their Radford teammates, while Weston Eklund bounced back with a four-over 75 Tuesday to place tied for 72nd.
Woodson led the Highlanders in round two with a two-over 73.
Missouri (288-287=575) held on to its overnight lead to win the team title, while the Tigers' Jace Long claimed individual medalist with a 36-hole total of three-under 139 (69-70).
Radford will enjoy almost three weeks away from action before returning to the course at the Wofford Invitational April 11-12.
