PROVIDENCE, R.I. – For the third time this season, Radford fell by the narrowest of margins, dropping a 4-3 decision to Brown in non-conference men's tennis action Tuesday evening at the Pizzitola Memorial Sports Center.
The setback drops the Highlanders to 2-6, while Brown improves to 7-7 overall.
Radford's lone win in doubles action came from its top duo of

Thomas Dehaen (Zwevegem, Belgium / Middenjury), who remained unbeaten on the spring with an 8-6 win over Kedrick Au and Skate Gordon.
Salec and
Igor Ogrizek (Daruvar, Croatia / Birotechnika Grammar School), who both entered winners of their last three matches, recorded two of the Highlanders' three singles triumphs.
A two-time all-conference performer, Salec recorded a convincing 6-2, 6-2 win on court one over Gordon, while Ogrizek held off Tim Klanke in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 6-1.
Despite the match already being decided, Radford's
#Erik Finkenbrink# (Duelman, Germany / Annette Gymnasium) rallied from three games down in the second to defeat Charlie Posner, 7-6, 6-4.
The Highlanders will continue their five-match “Spring Break” trip through the Northeast with a 5 p.m. dual at Harvard Thursday.
